Coach Jessica Yip’s highest commitment is to your transformation and to you living in your full creative power. Your purchase of coaching packages, courses, or sessions indicates your commitment to the process. However, we understand that life happens. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis.
Guidelines:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a $35 transaction fee. To cancel an order, please email Jessica at jessica@jessicayip.com
Appointment Cancellations: If a scheduled coaching session needs to be canceled or rescheduled, I request at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice will not be made up. Additional sessions can be purchased to make up for missed sessions.
If unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing all of your coaching package, then you may request a partial refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the partial refund will be issued, minus a $35 transaction fee. After 9 months from the original purchase date, any unused sessions in a coaching package are no longer eligible for a refund. However, the packages do not expire and you can still complete your sessions with Jessica at any time.
